The Synai Spelling Bee brings the classic contest to grades 3 through 8. A written qualifying round leads to a championship final, building vocabulary, confidence, and a careful eye for detail along the way.
Open to students in grades 3–8. Every student competes within their own grade division, so they are matched with peers their age.

Top competitors in each grade division earn Gold, Silver, and Bronze recognition for their season.
We never show a child's full name or photo. Public standings use a first name and last initial only, and families can keep any child off the leaderboard entirely.
